"Mr. Napoli is honest and fair. My husband and I were lucky enough for him to work us into his busy schedule the day before our family was to go out of town in my husband's truck. We had received a quote the day before from Firestone that we could not afford on such short notice and they could not pin-point the issue without giving us several expensive options. Mr. Napoli let us know exactly what was going on (nothing like the run-around we got from the other auto shop) and we were able to afford his services the day of!
